Web Design
I was commissioned by Reiko Kaneko, a designer of fine ceramics and household products, to produce a website with a shopping and content management system. The new website would reduce the maintenance required and streamline her administration process for online sales. The quiet, sleek design was achieved in collaboration with the Reiko, to give the visitor a fuss-free experience.
I created a website for my band, in order that all band members, whether they knew HTML or not, could autonomously contribute to creating content on the site, using Drupal's content management system (CMS). The website is a showcase of our work, which includes many free mp3 downloads, and a shop.
The band is now, sadly, separated, but the website will remain as a free resource for years to come.

The internet is a great leveller for independent designers like Soudé. SB-Butterfly.com provides her with a virtual shop window where she can conduct her business, benefiting from retail margins as well as being a producer. A personal jewellery business like this one also gives her the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with her customers.
